How to : fixing broken makeup.

broken makeup :(
we all had broken makeup powder right? i mean, yeah right? and it always piss me off ! because in a year i can break 4 makeup products. they either fall of my hands because of my clumsiness or i put it somewhere in my bag, and due to a lot of shock, it broke.
expensive or cheap
new or used up already
favorite or not
we  had this situation.

so, i decided to do a post about  fixing my makeup powders. you can use this SOS for broken eyeshadows, powder foundations, pressed powders, powder blushes etc.
it is really a quick method to revive your makeup. the materials needed are already at your house.

materials needed:
-rubbing alcohol ( best to use 90 %, but i don't have it, so i used 70% )
- wooden spatula/toothpick/tongue depressor/needle or anything else that can mush powder
-eyedropper/spray...
-tissue or a cloth
- and your broken makeup of course

cute bow print huh? :) ahha
steps:

1. get your broken makeup :

(optional)
because it's so messy, i took the powder out

then put it back :) ( on the right box)
then using a toothpick i mushed / crumbled the powder so it'll be more fine( smaller chunks)
better right?
2. using a syringe/ eye dropper, drop/ put some alcohol on the powder so they'll become like paste ( do not put too much because it will liquefy your makeup)

 just pasty like this

3) get your tissue or cloth, and put it on the top of your makeup.the cloth will compress the powder.just pressed lightly the tissue with/without a shaper ( a little box or anything else)
here, i just used my finger to press the tissue

huhuhuh, fail for me, i thought that i'll have bow patterns as my tissue have bow patterns . but not! :(

lastly, you're going to have something like this:

still not proper enough for me, but it's still better.

i also fixed another blush and a pressed powder ( my fave)

i know...i know, they are not flawless looking , you can achieve that flawless ( new like ) texture by pressing it really good. i was too lazy to really flatten everything . haha

hope this helps!

p.s.
if you already tried this. tell me how did it go :)

xoxo,
